This Privacy Policy explains how InnoPower AI, operated by InnoPower LLC (“InnoPower”, “we”, “us”), collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit our website, apply to or take part in our programs (including the ESBC Master Trainer Program, EkoAI Academy and Hoosier AI 1000), or contact us.
Some programs run with partners, such as the ECOWAS Small Business Coalition, the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF) and Lagos Innovates. When you register on a partner’s platform or form, that partner is responsible for the information you give it there, and we may receive some of that information to run the program.
Information we collect
Information you give us:
- contact details such as your name, email address, phone number and location;
- program application details such as age or age range, education level, occupation or business information, track or trainer preference, and your answers to application questions;
- attendance, progress, assessment and survey responses, including feedback and before-and-after confidence surveys;
- account details if you register on our learning platform, and the content you submit;
- messages and booking details when you contact us or book a discovery call.
Information collected automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring page and similar usage data, gathered through cookies and similar technologies. If you leave a comment, we also collect your IP address and browser user agent to help detect spam.
Information from partners: enrolment, eligibility and attendance details that partner organizations share with us for the program you joined.
How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- register and manage participants and check program eligibility;
- deliver training, run sessions and operate our learning platform;

- measure and report outcomes to partners and funders, using aggregated or de-identified information where possible;
- improve our programs and website;
- keep the website secure and prevent fraud and misuse; and
- comply with legal obligations.
We send marketing or newsletter emails only where you have asked for them or where the law allows, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent, the need to provide the program you asked for, our legitimate interests in running and improving it, or a legal obligation.
When we share information
We share personal information only as needed:
- with program partners, such as ESBC, LSETF, Lagos Innovates and academic or community partners, so they can run or support the program you applied to;

Reports to partners, funders or the public use aggregated or de-identified information where possible.
