InnoPower’s leadership is grounded in firsthand experience connecting talent to real opportunity, not theory. We treat AI literacy as infrastructure for economic mobility — practical, measurable, and built to multiply through the people we train
Emil Nabo Ekiyor
Founder, InnoPower
“Automation is not about speed.
It’s about building systems that can be trusted.”
Emil Nabo Ekiyor is a Nigerian-American entrepreneur and former professional football player who founded InnoPower to close the AI access gap for the people most often left out of it — solo entrepreneurs, students, educators, and community organizations without a corporate training budget or an IT department. His work connects talent to opportunity across Indianapolis and West Africa, from Indiana’s statewide AI workforce initiatives to partnerships with the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund and the ECOWAS Small Business Coalition.

How We Lead
The same standard, wherever the cohort is
Our leadership stays close to the actual work, the same framework and the same standard apply whether a cohort is training in Indianapolis or Lagos.
- Train-the-trainer at the core. Leadership invests in certifying Master Trainers, not running one-off workshops.
- Outcomes over attendance. Success is measured in businesses launched and jobs gained — see the numbers on our Impact page — not seats filled.
- One standard, two continents. The same curriculum and the same CompTIA-recognized certification apply regardless of location.
- Built with partners, not around them. Organizations like LSETF and the ECOWAS Small Business Coalition are involved from program design through delivery, not brought in after the fact.
